Prospective authors are invited to submit 4-page, original, and unpublished full papers in English using a manuscripts template for IEEE conference proceedings. Papers presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings of  CEI 2022 and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
