Call For Papers
The technical program of ICBC 2025 will include a Research Track, an Application Track, and a Short Paper Track. The ICBC 2025 tracks seek original, UNPUBLISHED research papers reporting substantive new work in various aspects of blockchain technologies and applications. Research Track papers MUST clearly indicate their contributions to the field of blockchain technologies, applications, and solutions. All papers MUST properly cite related work in the field, such as those published in the proceedings of ICWS, SCC, CLOUD, BigData, METAVERSE, EDGE, ICIOT, ICCC, AIMS, ICBC, SERVICES, APSCC, ECOWS, and related journals including IJWSR and IJBPIM (see Literature Recommendations page).

ICBC 2025 covers state-of-the-art technologies and best practices of blockchain, as well as emerging standards and research topics which would define the future of blockchain. Topics of interest to include, but are not limited to, the following:

Blockchain Development Platforms and Standards: Tools, frameworks, and standardization efforts to support blockchain development and ensure interoperability.
Scalability and Interoperability: Addressing challenges in enhancing blockchain throughput and seamless communication between networks.
Blockchain and Emerging Technologies: Integration with cloud computing, big data, IoT, and next-generation internet for innovative applications.
Security and Encryption: Advances in cryptographic methods and protocols to strengthen blockchain security.
Regulatory Frameworks and Compliance: Updates on global regulatory approaches for blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and tokenized assets.
Digital Assets and Web3: Exploring the growth of digital assets, NFTs, and decentralized internet applications focusing on identity management and user-centric services.
Blockchain for Sustainability: Leveraging blockchain for climate action, renewable energy credits, and sustainable business practices.
Application Frameworks and Architectures: Designing reference architectures and platforms for enterprise and industry-specific blockchain use cases.
Blockchain Business Models and Innovations: New approaches to creating value, from decentralized finance (DeFi) to blockchain-driven supply chains.
Industry Applications: Blockchain in financial services (digital currency, smart securities), social management (digital identity, public welfare), supply chain management (traceability, smart contracts), and personal services (copyright protection, legal services).
